Growing up in the home-building business, he worked with his family to learn and develop the craft. He continued to expand his design experience by working with architects and homeowners.

Ultimately, this led him to attain an Engineering degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Combining his experience and engineering degree, Tim is currently a licensed residential, commercial, industrial General Contractor and Realtor in both Tennessee and Alabama.

He is also a property developer and understands real estate investments.
